Membership terms and privacy information

1. Provider and service

The service is provided by Lundberg Selection AB, Swedish company registration no. 556448-2049, Grevgatan 15, 114 53 Stockholm, Sweden. Email: kontakt@homeopati.se. The homeopathy tool is a membership-based professional tool for studying homeopathic methods and cases. The service is not healthcare.

2. Who may use the service

Membership is personal and intended for adult professional practitioners who use the tool for education, the study of methods and the documentation of homeopathic repertorisation. Login credentials must not be shared.

3. Mandatory limits on use

The following limits on professional use are confirmed when an account is created:

I use the homeopathy tool for professional study of homeopathic methods and cases, not as healthcare.

I do not use the service for self-treatment, diagnosis, emergency assessment, treatment decisions or dosing, or to delay medical care.

I never enter names, personal identity numbers, contact details, exact dates of birth, medical record text or other case information that could identify a person.

I understand that the ranking and comparison of homeopathic remedies describe only the system’s case study analysis and are not a treatment recommendation or prescription.

4. Membership, price and renewal

Monthly membership costs EUR 9. Twelve months of access cost EUR 89 as a one-time payment. Any applicable VAT is included. The billing country and tax status determine the tax shown at checkout before you pay.

Monthly membership renews each month until cancelled. You can stop the next renewal through the payment portal in your account; access continues until the end of the paid month. The twelve-month purchase does not renew automatically and requires no cancellation. Its start and end dates are shown in your account and purchase confirmation. To continue after it ends, you make a new purchase. Mandatory law takes precedence over these terms.

5. Payment and access

Stripe handles payments, tax calculations and card details. The homeopathy tool does not store card details. Stripe may collect and verify VAT numbers. You accept the membership terms at checkout. Access begins once Stripe has confirmed payment and your membership is active. We make no deduction for time used when a consumer exercises the right of withdrawal. Late, reversed or ended payment status may result in access being closed.

6. Case information

Names, personal identity numbers, contact details, exact dates of birth, medical record text and other identifying information must not be entered. The structured case selections are processed temporarily in the browser. They are not stored in the membership account or sent to Sanabit or Stripe.

7. Right of withdrawal and the withdrawal function

As a general rule, a consumer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date the service contract is concluded. This is different from the standard Cancel membership function, which only stops future renewals. The readily accessible contract withdrawal function records the consumer’s name, information identifying the contract, the contract date and an express confirmation of withdrawal. A downloadable electronic acknowledgement of receipt, showing the time of receipt and a reference number, is then provided immediately. The link to the acknowledgement is personal and available for 24 hours; the consumer should save the file.

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers: people purchasing mainly for purposes outside their trade or profession. The free trial does not replace the right of withdrawal for paid membership. If you exercise this right, we refund the full payment for the contract, with no deduction for time used or administration fees, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice. We use the same means of payment unless you expressly agree otherwise at no cost to you. You can use the withdrawal function or send a clear statement to kontakt@homeopati.se or our postal address. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. Send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

8. Membership account, withdrawal requests and personal data

Lundberg Selection AB is the data controller for the membership account. The contract is the legal basis for processing the information needed for account, membership and payment administration. Legal obligation is the basis where information must be retained for accounting, tax or consumer protection. Legitimate interests are the basis for proportionate security, misuse-prevention and troubleshooting logs.

Lundberg Selection AB processes the email address, password hash, security and session information, acceptance of the terms, membership status, and invoice and subscription references. A withdrawal request contains the contract information supplied by the consumer; the name and information identifying the contract are stored in encrypted form. Technical fingerprints are stored as hashes to help prevent misuse. Stripe processes payment details, the billing address, tax information and any VAT number in accordance with Stripe’s privacy information.

Active account information is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship. A closed account is normally deleted or anonymised within 24 months after the contract and all outstanding matters have ended. Withdrawal requests and acknowledgements of receipt are normally retained for three years. Accounting and tax records are retained for as long as required by law. Technical security logs are normally retained for no more than twelve months. Longer retention applies only when required by an ongoing dispute, security incident or legal obligation.

The data subject may request access to their personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights may be limited by mandatory law. Requests should be sent to kontakt@homeopati.se. Complaints may be lodged with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.

9. Functionality, compatibility, results and responsibility

The service is used in an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled. An internet connection is required for accounts, payment and acknowledgements of receipt. The homeopathy tool can be used on a modern computer, tablet or phone, but is designed for a larger screen.

Rankings, comparisons, source references and follow-up questions reflect the system’s case study method. They do not constitute a diagnosis, medical assessment, treatment recommendation, prescription, dosing instruction or product instruction. Urgent or medically concerning conditions must be assessed by healthcare services.

10. Complaints, disputes, changes and contact

Complaints should be sent to kontakt@homeopati.se or Lundberg Selection AB, Grevgatan 15, 114 53 Stockholm, Sweden. If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, the consumer may request consideration by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden, arn.se, provided that the board’s requirements are met. Material changes to the terms require new, active acceptance before continued use. Swedish law applies, subject to the limits imposed by mandatory law.
