Conditions for the 60-minute trial

A defined trial with no payment

The trial gives access to the full homeopathy tool for 60 consecutive minutes. No card details are requested, no payment is taken and no subscription is created when the trial starts.

When the 60 minutes begin and end

The time begins only when the logged-in member actively selects Start my 60-minute trial. Access ends automatically at the exact expiry time. The trial never converts automatically into a paid membership.

A trial that has already started keeps the expiry time shown in My account.

Once per verified account

The trial is personal and can be used once per verified account. An account that has previously had a paid membership cannot start a new trial. Access may be revoked in cases of misuse.

Continuing is always your choice

Before or after the trial ends, the member can choose a monthly or yearly membership. This is ordered separately and is governed by the standard membership terms.

The same use conditions apply

The professional use conditions and privacy requirements accepted when the account was created also apply during the trial. No information that could identify a person or patient may be entered in the homeopathy tool.

What you confirm when starting the trial

1. I am starting a personal trial lasting 60 consecutive minutes. It can be used once per verified account.
2. No payment card details are required, no payment is made and the trial does not automatically become a paid membership.
3. Access ends automatically when the trial expires. I then decide whether to take out a membership.
